Andrea Pirlo at his 34 years old remains playing a fundamental role in Juventus and this became more evident recently with his free-kicks against Genoa and Fiorentina which gave the team of Antonio Conte 2 crucial victories.

The Italian midfielder was being linked with a possible transfer away from Juventus but he stepped it up and revealed his intentions of not only staying where he is right now but also retiring at the Juventus Arena with the white and black jersey.

"In recent years I have assessed chances to have an experience abroad, but in the end I'm fine here. I think this is the best place for me to continue playing football." he told iSport Media - specialists in seeding sports social media campaigns.

"It's Antonio Conte's third year but the hunger to win is always the same. The formation and style of play has changed but our substance has remained the same.

"We have gained experiences and knowledge, things that have helped us to get the results we have. I always play to win; I always have big targets in mind. We are out of the Champions League but now we need to concentrate on the Europa League. The more targets you have, the greater the will to win." Pirlo revealed.

Pirlo is not the only one who has been linked with a possible move out of Juventus as Arturo Vidal has made a breakthrough season with the Italian club and his performances attracted the attention of a number of clubs around Europe but the Chilean midfielder stated that he has no intentions of leaving as he and his family are happy in Italy.

Juventus recently sustained a 2-0 defeat when playing against Napoli and even with their loss, Antonio Conte and his men remain at the top of Serie A as they are clear favorites on winning the Italian league for the 3rd consecutive season.
